In some settings it can make sense to use the Throat Bowl instead of the Heart Bowl. This can only be recommended if the big or small Heart Bowl stands unsteady on the chest or if the big Heart Bowl is perceived as too heavy.
Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls – Throat Bowl
The Throat Bowl is crafted to rest better on the voice-box area than for example the big or small Heart Bowl.
It can be used on the upper body region and decollete in Beauty and Wellness settings (facials, spa treatments).
