You can avoid extra noise when striking the Bowl and give it more stability.
This little cushion can be great when you are not holding the bowl; just big enough so it has a secure base but small enough so it doesn’t hamper the vibrations.
They are made by a small manufacturing center in Nepal. The little felt balls are sewn into a circle in a complex manner, by hand. Colour deviations are possible.
