We are especially looking forward to not only presenting the Peter Hess® Singing Bowls at INNOCOS Berlin, but also to convincing visitors of their beneficial effects in our sessions.
Hess Sound Sessions at INNOCOS Berlin
After the opening, numerous events and sessions will take place on the first day of the conference, June 8, 2023. Jana Hess, owner of Hess Sound, will also be present and will provide a deeper insight into the world of sounds and their effect on body and mind during special sessions.
1:30 pm: Sound Vibe Yoga with Janine Gabelmann and Jana Hess
At 1:30 pm, Jana Hess joins Emily Hess® Sound Yoga Instructor Janine Gabelmann to offer a sound vibe yoga session. Here we cordially invite the guests of the Beauty Innovation Summit Berlin to reconnect with their inner rhythm, strengthen the nervous system and bring body, mind and soul into harmony.
The highlight of this session is the combination of two worlds: Gentle yoga meets the harmonious sounds and vibrations of high-quality, therapeutic singing bowls. We will introduce the proven Peter Hess® Singing Bowls that can guide participants inside to their inner selves for spiritual peace and a strong foundation.
9:30 pm: Sound Bath Meditation with Janine Gabelmann and Jana Hess
After a long and exhausting day, we will end INNOCOS Berlin on June 8 with a Hess Sound session. During the sound bath meditation “Peace of Mind” which will take place at 9:30 pm, visitors are invited to leave the day and everything they have experienced behind to enjoy the relaxing vibrations of the Peter Hess® Singing Bowls and cymbals.
This session begins with a short breathing exercise to open the energy channels of the body – the basis for the harmonic sounds to be fully absorbed. All participants of this session do afterwards is completely surrender to relaxation. The sound bath can have an extremely cleansing effect on the body, mind and soul, calming the thoughts and helping to forget the worries of the day. Thus, the sound bath meditation is the ideal end of the day to experience a soothing night.
Both the sound vibe yoga session and the sound bath meditation are suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. Prior registration is required!
